From Logan Airport:

Follow the signs for Boston and take the Sumner Tunnel (toll). Keep to the left when you enter the tunnel. When you exit the tunnel take a right onto 93 North; do not take the immediate (sharp) right. Take the Storrow Drive exit from 93, staying to the left on the overpass. After the overpass, take the ramp on the left to the Longfellow Bridge (over the Charles River) to Kendall Square and pass the Marriott Hotel on the left. Continue straight on Broadway until you cross the railroad track. Take the right fork onto Hampshire Street and continue two blocks. The building is on your left, at 60 Hampshire Street.

From I-93 (north of Boston):

Take Route 93 South into Boston. Take Exit 26A North 28 (Leverett Circle - Cambridge). Once on exit, keep left and follow signs for Storrow Drive. At bottom of ramp, take left at the lights. Straight through next set of lights onto Storrow Drive West and get in the left lane. Take the Government Center/Kendall Sq. exit. Take right at the end of exit onto Longfellow Bridge to Kendall Square. Go straight over Longfellow Bridge through first sets of lights and pass the Marriott on the left. Continue straight on Broadway until you cross the railroad track. Take the right fork onto Hampshire Street and continue two blocks. The building is on your left, at 60 Hampshire Street.

From I-93 (south of Boston):

Take Route 93 North into Boston. Take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/Cambridge - Somerville). Once on exit, stay in the right lane and follow through the tunnel and onto Storrow Drive. Get into the left lane and take the first exit ú Government Center/Kendall Square. At the blinking light, take a right onto the Longfellow Bridge to Kendall Square and pass the Marriott Hotel on the left. Continue straight on Broadway until you cross the railroad track. Take the right fork onto Hampshire Street and continue two blocks. The building is on your left, at 60 Hampshire Street.

From Mass Turnpike (I-90):

Take Exit 18 (Cambridge/Allston) and follow signs to Cambridge. At first intersection, turn right onto Storrow Drive. Continue straight for about four miles. Take Government Center/Kendall Square exit. At first light make a left turn. At second light make another left turn and cross over the Longfellow Bridge (over the Charles River) to Kendall Square. Continue straight on Broadway until you cross the railroad track. Take the right fork onto Hampshire and continue two blocks. The building is on your left, at 60 Hampshire Street.

From the T:

The T stop that is closest to 60 Hampshire Street is the Kendall Square/MIT stop, on the Red Line. Upon exiting the station, go through the Marriott Hotel lobby to the Broadway exit. Go left on Broadway, several blocks. After crossing the railroad tracks, take the right fork onto Hampshire Street. Idenix is two blocks up on the left, at 60 Hampshire Street.

Green Line: change to the Red Line at Park Street, heading towards Alewife.

Airport and Blue Line: From Logan International Airport, take the shuttle bus to the Airport subway stop, then take the Blue Line inbound to Government Center. Change to the Green Line inbound to Park, then take the Red Line (towards Alewife) to Kendall.

Orange Line: Change from the Orange Line to the Red Line (towards Alewife) at Downtown Crossing.
